摘要
为提高手术缝合线的力学性能和应用效果,试验利用改性丝素蛋白溶液和硅溶胶,结合脱胶缝合线,制备了一种外科手术缝合用的复合线,并对其性能以及应用效果进行研究。结果表明,与普通缝合线相比,该复合线在应力-应变曲线中的最大应力、应变均提高,分别达到435.6MPa、23.3%,力学性能良好;从模拟组织中拉出的最大力最大,为2.15N,提高70.63%,在组织缝合中的锚定作用较好;在蛋白酶降解5d后剩余质量为18.26%,生物降解性能良好;这种复合线在外科手术切口缝合应用中切口感染率较低,为2.5%,且切口愈合优良率达到77.5%,应用效果较好。可以适用于外科手术切口缝合。
To improve the mechanical properties and application effects of surgical sutures,a composite suture for surgical sutures was prepared by using modified silk fibroin solution and silica sol,combined with degumming sutures,and its properties and application effects were studied.The results showed that compared with ordinary suture,the maximum stress and strain of the composite wire in the stress-strain curve were increased,reaching 435.6 MPa and 23.3%respectively,indicating good mechanical properties.The maximum force pulled out from the simulated tissue was the largest 2.15 N,which increased by 70.63%and had a good anchoring effect in tissue suturing.The residual mass was 18.26%after 5 days of protease degradation,and the biodegradation performance was good,and the incision infection rate was low(2.5%)and the excellent incision healing rate reached 77.5%,indicating a good application effect.It can be applied to surgical incision sutures.
