摘要
为研究机车变流器中橡胶密封件的性能,试验以氟橡胶为主要原料,制备了一种氟橡胶密封材料,并对其硫化性能、硬度和力学性能进行分析。并以氟橡胶密封材料建立有限元分析模型,对其密封性能进行研究。结果表明,最佳硫化温度为175℃,此时,硫化速率指数为0.93,硫化性能良好。在机车变流器工作温度50℃条件下,密封材料硬度、拉伸强度和撕裂强度分别是80 HA、10.56 MPa、35.648 kN·m^(-1),硬度和力学性能良好。根据有限元模拟分析结果,O型密封圈的最大接触压力为12.53 MPa,符合密封标准。试验制备的氟橡胶密封材料综合性能较好,可以用于机车变流器。
To study the performance of rubber seals in locomotive inverters,a fluorine rubber sealing material was prepared using fluorine rubber as the main raw material in this experiment,and its vulcanization performance,hardness,and mechanical properties were analyzed.The finite element analysis model was established with fluoroelastomer sealing materials to study its sealing performance.The results indicated that the optimal vulcanization temperature was 175 C,at which point the vulcanization rate index was 0.93,indicating good vulcanization performance.Under the working temperature of the locomotive converter at 50 C,the hardness,tensile strength,and tear strength of the sealing material were 80 HA,10.56 MPa,and 35.648 kN·m^(-1),respectively,with good hardness and mechanical properties.According to the finite element simulation analysis results,the maximum contact pressure of the O-ring seal was 12.53 MPa,which met the sealing standard.The fluorine rubber sealing material prepared in this experiment has good comprehensive performance and can be used for locomotive inverters.
