摘要
目的观察红外线照射疗法与中医艾灸疗法联用对2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者的健康影响。方法随机选取明溪县总医院于2021年4月—2023年1月收治的80例2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者为研究对象,采用抽签法进行分组。对照组接受常规对症治疗,观察组则加用艾灸和红外线照射治疗,每组40例。对比两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生情况和治疗前后神经传导速度、炎症因子指标水平、密歇根糖尿病周围神经评分(Michigan diabetes Peripheral Nerve Score,MDNS)、多伦多临床评分(Toronto Clinical Score,TCSS)、氧化应激指标水平。结果两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的治疗有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.275、P=0.012);与对照组相比,观察组治疗后的运动、感觉神经传导速度均较快,炎症因子指标和氧化应激指标改善情况较优,MDNS评分和TCSS评分水平较低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论艾灸与红外线照射疗法的联合应用可有效促进2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者的病情控制,有效改善患者的病情,避免患者的病情进一步恶性进展,有助于保障患者的身体健康。
Objective To observe the effect of combination of infrared radiation therapy and moxibustion on the health of patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods A total of eighty patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated in Mingxi County General Hospital from April 2021 to January 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects and grouped by lottery method.The control group received conventional symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was treated with moxibustion and infrared radiation,with 40 cases in each group.The therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactions,nerve conduction velocity,inflammatory factor index,Michigan diabetes peripheral nerve score(MDNS),Toronto clinical score(TCSS)and oxidative stress index were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The effective rate of observation group(95.00%)was higher than that of control group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.275,P=0.012).Compared with the control group,the motor and sensory nerve conduction velocity of the control group after treatment were faster,the improvement of inflammatory factors and oxidative stress indexes was better,and the MDNS score and TCSS score levels were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of moxibustion and infrared radiation therapy can effectively promote the disease control of patients with type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy,and can effectively improve the patient's condition,avoid the further malignant progression of the patient's condition,and contribute to the protection of the patient's health.
