摘要
高速断路器是地铁车辆牵引系统中重要的组成部分,其驱动控制电路的可靠性直接关系到车辆运行安全。针对某城市地铁4号线高速断路器控制驱动电路故障事件,搭建测试平台进行故障模拟测试,分析故障原因,得出高速断路器驱动控制电路器件选型方法,并且通过试验对该方法进行验证,通过试验验证,采用该方法选择的驱动控制电路器件可以满足实际工况使用要求。
High-speed circuit breaker is an important part of the subway vehicle traction system.The reliability of the driving control circuit is directly related to the safety of the vehicle.In response to the failure of the high-speed circuit breaker control circuit failure of a certain city Metro Line 4,set up a test platform for fault simulation test,analyze the cause of the fault,obtain the selection method of high-speed circuit breakers driving control circuit device,and verify the method through testing.Through test verification,the drive control circuit device selected by this method can meet the actual conditions of use.
