摘要
单壁碳纳米管的直径调控是碳管生长和应用领域的重要问题。本文以氧化镁(MgO)为载体,首次采用共浸渍法制备了新型钴-钇(Co-Y)双金属催化剂,利用高熔点的Y作为稀释剂和锚定组分控制Co纳米颗粒的尺寸,从而制备窄直径分布的单壁碳纳米管。利用SEM、XRD、XPS和TEM等对催化剂的结构形貌进行了表征,确定了Y和Co的存在状态分别为Y_(2)O_(3)和Co_(3)O_(4),其中Y金属的加入能显著提高Co_(3)O_(4)晶粒的分散性。利用TEM和Raman分析产物的直径分布,结果表明Co-Y/MgO催化剂体系制备了窄直径分布的单壁碳纳米,其直径范围为1.06~1.42nm。
In the area of carbon tube growth and application,the tube diameter control of single-walled carbon nanostructures is a significant topic.In this study,a novel cobalt-yttrium(Co-Y)bimetallic catalyst was prepared for the first time by co-impregnation method using magnesium oxide(MgO)as a carrier.The high-melting-point Y was used as the diluent and anchoring component to control the size of the active component Co nanoparticles.The structure and morphology of the catalyst were characterized by SEM,XRD,XPS and TEM,and the existence states of Y and Co were determined to be Y_(2) O_(3)and Co_(3)O_(4),respectively,and the addition of Y metal can significantly improve the dispersion of Co_(3)O_(4)grains.The diameter distribution of the product was analyzed by TEM and Raman,and the results showed that the Co-Y/MgO catalyst system prepared single-walled carbon nanometers with a narrow diameter distribution,and the diameter ranged from 1.06 nm to 1.42 nm.
