摘要
新文科建设对地方高校应用型英语人才培养提出了新要求。立足于新文科背景,应用“英语+专业”协同教学模式培养“英语运用能力+专业技能”的应用型、复合型、技术技能型英语人才,使学生英语能力更具行业导向性,才能满足应用型人才个性化培育需求,服务地方经济。为了突出地方高校大学英语教学的实用性、专业性和职业性,建设“双师型”大学英语教师队伍势在必行,这要求大学英语教师在专业化过程中实现向“双师型”教师角色的转变。该文基于此,明晰“双师型”大学英语教师的基本素质构成,分析其师资现状及困境,探索地方高校“双师型”大学英语教师队伍的建设路径,为新文科背景下地方高校应用型英语人才的创新培养赋能助力。
The construction of new liberal arts has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of applied English talents in local universities.In order to highlight the practicality and professionalism of college English teaching in local universities,the construction of the team of double-qualified college English teachers becomes the trend,which requires college English teachers to transform their roles into dou-blequalified teachers in the process of professionalization.This article clarifies the basic quality composition of the double-qualified college English teachers,analyzes their current situation and difficulties,explores the approaches to the construction of the team of double-qualified college English teachers in local universities,and empowers the innovative training of applied English talents in local universities in the background of new liberal arts.
