摘要
新质生产力已成为当前经济发展的核心动力,推动了中国式现代化的发展。尽管我国在社会主义市场经济建设领域取得了显著成就,但如何有效提升生产力水平、促进科研与产业的融合、提升科技创新的水平,以及攻克核心技术的短板,仍然是亟待解决的现实问题。微观层面,新质生产力主要表现为技术创新的飞跃和企业组织模式的变革;中观层面,新质生产力体现为优化产业链结构、重塑产业集群、构建创新网络;宏观层面,新质生产力开启了新型经济发展模式,促进了社会全要素生产率的提升。新质生产力不仅象征着创新、绿色、现代化的先进生产方式,还是推动中国式现代化高效发展的动力。为实现中国式现代化的更高层次发展,需要应对全球经济和市场制度的挑战,不断加强技术创新,继续深化改革的实践与理论研究。
The new quality productive forces have become the core driving forces of the current economic development,promoting the development of Chinese path to modernization.Although China has made significant achievements in the construction of a socialist market economy,how to effectively improve productivity,promote the integration of scientific research and industry,enhance the level of scientific and technological innovation,and overcome the shortcomings of core technologies are still urgent practical problems that need to be solved.At the micro level,new quality productive force is mainly manifested as a leap in technological innovation and a reform in enterprise organizational models.At the meso level,new productive forces are reflected in optimizing the structure of the industrial chain,reshaping industrial clusters,and building innovation networks.At the macro level,new quality productive forces have opened up a new model of economic development,improving total factor productivity in society.The new quality productive forces not only symbolize the innovative,green and modern advanced production mode,but also drive the efficient development of Chinese path to modernization.In order to achieve a higher level of development of Chinese path to modernization,we need to meet the challenges of the global economy and market system,constantly strengthen technological innovation,and continue to deepen the practice and theoretical research of reform.
