超级微波消解-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定聚硅氧烷中铂

Determination of platinum in polysiloxane by ultrawave digestion-inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometery

摘要 建立了聚硅氧烷中铂(Pt)元素的超级微波消解-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定方法。以硝酸-氢氟酸作为消解剂,使用超级微波消解法对聚硅氧烷进行前处理,并采用ICP-OES法测定聚硅氧烷中的Pt元素。结果表明相关系数大于0.9999,RSD为0.6%~2.1%。最低方法检出限为0.372mg·kg^(-1),加标回收率在90.5%~111%之间。该方法耗酸量少,且准确、快速,适用于聚硅氧烷中Pt元素的测定。 A method of ultrawave digestion-inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometery(ICP-OES)was established to determine platinum(Pt)in polysiloxane.Using nitric acid(HNO,)and hydrofluoric acid(HF)as digestion agents,and the ultrawave digestion method was used to digest the polysiloxane.Pt in the polysiloxane was determined by ICP-OES.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9999,the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 0.6%~2.1%.The method detection limit(MDL)was 0.372 mg·kg^(-1),and the recovery fficiency was 90.5%~111%.This method is sensitive,stable and has low acid con-sumption.Importantly,this work provides a reliable and efficient determination method for Pt in polysiloxane.
