不同温度挤压的铝合金型材耐蚀性研究

Study on corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy profiles extruded at different temperatures

摘要 为研究不同挤压温度对铝合金型材耐蚀性的影响,分别在430、460、490℃下挤压6061铝合金,制成3种试样W1、W2、W3,用扫描电子显微镜观察组织形貌,并测试3个试件的冲击性能、耐蚀性。结果表明:在460℃下挤压制成的试件W2冲击性能、电化学腐蚀性能、盐雾腐蚀性能均最佳;其冲击能量吸收率最高达到89.6%,断口韧窝较小,冲击韧性最佳;电化学腐蚀电流密度为8.06mA/m2;盐雾下仅出现点蚀现象。因此得出,挤压温度能影响铝合金型材耐蚀性,挤压温度为460℃时有利于提升耐蚀性。 In order to study the influence of different extrusion temperatures on the corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy profiles,6061 aluminum alloy was extruded at 430℃,460℃and 490℃respectively,and three kinds of specimens W1,W2 and W3 were made.The microstructure was observed by scanning electron microscope,and the impact properties and corrosion resistance of the three specimens were tested.The results show that the impact properties,electrochemical corrosion properties and salt spray corrosion properties of W2 specimens extruded at 460℃are the best.The impact energy absorption rate is up to 89.6%,the fracture dimple is small,and the impact toughness is the best.The electrochemical corrosion current density is 8.06 mA/m2.Only pitting corrosion occurs under the salt spray.Therefore,the extrusion temperature can affect the corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy profiles,and the extrusion temperature of about 460℃is conducive to improving the corrosion resistance.
