摘要
结合工程实例,介绍电梯井爬升筒模施工技术。该技术采用2个操作平台通过电机和齿轮齿条传动方式,由上操作平台支撑筒模,利用电机正反转实现支撑平台交替爬升和筒模整体提升;4根三角形立柱与铝模板框架连接形成筒模,调节立柱丝杆实现整体模板系统收缩和扩张,进而实现模板快速安拆。实践表明,该技术安全可靠,保证了工程质量,提高了工效,社会和经济效益显著。
Combined with engineering examples,the construction technology of elevator shaft climbing cylinder formwork is introduced in detail.The technology adopts two operating platforms to support the cylinder formwork by means of motor and gear rack transmission,and uses the positive and negative rotation of the motor to realize the alternating climbing of the supporting platform and the overall lifting of the cylinder formwork.Four triangular columns are connected with the aluminum formwork frame to form a tube mold,and the column screw is adjusted to realize the shrinkage and expansion of the whole formwork system,so as to realize the rapid support and disassembly of the formwork.The practice shows that the technology is safe and reliable,ensures the quality of the project,improves the efficiency,and has significant social and economic benefits.
