摘要
目的研究急诊护理流程对急性脑卒中(Cerebral Stroke,CS)患者急救效率的影响。方法简单随机选取2021年1月—2023年1月丰县人民医院急诊科收治90例急性CS患者为研究对象,按抽签法分为对照组(常规护理,45例)与干预组(急诊护理流程,45例),比较两组不良心理评分、生活质量评分、护理满意率。结果护理后,干预组不良心理评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预组总满意率(95.56%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.075,P<0.05)。结论急诊护理流程应用于急性CS患者急救中的效果显著,能有效地缩短急救时间,改善其生活质量,促进其获得更加理想的预后效果,获得更高的护理满意度。
Objective To study the effect of emergency nursing process on emergency efficiency of patients with acute cerebral stroke(CS).Methods A total of 90 patients with acute CS admitted to the emergency department of Fengxian People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly selected as study objects and randomly divided into control group(routine nursing,45 cases)and intervention group(emergency nursing process,45 cases)according to the lottery method.Adverse psychological scores,quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction rates of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the adverse psychological score of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group,the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statisti⁃cally significant(both P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate in intervention group was 95.56%,which was higher than control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.075,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of emergency nursing process in the emergency of acute CS patients has a remarkable effect,which can effectively shorten the emergency time,improve their quality of life,promote their better prognosis and obtain higher nursing sat⁃isfaction.
