摘要
本文主要介绍了在淮宿蚌城际铁路站前V标淮河特大桥跨(124+248+124)m矮塔斜拉桥悬臂现浇连续梁施工中,由于该连续梁上跨淮河河道且跨度较大,使得梁体施工难度及安全风险大大增加,同时该连续梁还需与桥梁塔身进行拉结,对梁体施工质量及线形也提出了严格要求。为确保该连续梁能够安全顺利的完成施工,同时成形后梁体质量及线形也能够满足要求,为此项目部对连续梁施工中的各项工序进行严格把控,对悬臂段挂篮受力状况进行认真分析计算,通过一系列举措,安全完成梁体施工工作,同时各项参数也满足相关规定。该特大跨度矮塔斜拉桥连续梁施工所涉及的相关技术也为后续类似施工提供了借鉴和参考。
This article mainly introduces the construction of a cantilever cast-in-place continuous beam for the V-shaped Huaihe River Extra Large Bridge with a span of(124+248+124)m in front of the Huai Su Beng Intercity Railway Station.Due to the large span of the continuous beam spanning the Huaihe River,the difficulty and safety risks of the beam construction are greatly increased.At the same time,the continuous beam also needs to be tied to the bridge tower,and strict requirements are put forward for the construction quality and linearity of the beam.To ensure the safe and smooth completion of the construction of the continuous beam,and to ensure that the quality and linearity of the formed beam also meet the requirements,the project department strictly controls all processes during the construction of the continuous beam,carefully analyzes and calculates the stress conditions of the cantilever section hanging basket,and through a series of measures,safely completes the construction work of the beam,while also meeting the relevant specifications.The relevant technologies involved in the construction of the continuous beam of the super long span low tower cable-stayed bridge also provide reference and inspiration for similar construction in the future.
