摘要
研发了一种适用于电站锅炉烟气检测的“滤筒采尘+改进控制冷凝法”硫酸雾检测技术。该检测技术可同时检测出固态硫酸雾与气液态硫酸雾。现场比对结果表明,SO_(3)在线监测设备的测试结果与该方法气液态硫酸雾的结果基本相同,验证了方法测试硫酸雾的准确性。分别在福建省燃煤电厂与垃圾焚烧厂现场评估不同环保处理设施对硫酸雾的协同去除效率,结果显示,颗粒态硫酸雾主要是在布袋除尘器中去除;气液态硫酸雾主要是在湿式脱硫塔与反应塔中去除。
The detection technology for sulfuric acid mist(SAM)was carried out via the methods of“particulate matter collection+enhanced controlled condensation”,particulate SAM,gaseous and liquid SAM could be simultaneously detected by the detection technology.The results of field comparison showed that the testing data of gaseous and liquid SAM by this detection technology were approximate to the results by SO_(3) On-line monitor.The collaborative removal of SAM were investigated by environmental treatment facility in a coal-fired power plant and waste incineration plant,respectively.Particulate SAM was mainly removed by bag filter,while gaseous and liquid SAM was primarily removed in wet desulfurization tower and reaction tower.
