一种基于中频炉的废钢收得率自动测定系统

摘要 钢铁企业外购废钢种类繁多、品质不一,其质量判定及定价存在一定争议。基于中频炉系统提出了一种全自动废钢收得率测定方法,并采用废钢收得率为废钢质量判定及废钢定价提供技术支撑。以中频炉系统为基础,设计了废钢收得率自动测定的工艺流程,探讨了相应的设备功能、原理、关键参数及废钢检测站工艺布置方案;基于本系统目前存在的问题,提出了废钢收得率自动测定法的改进方向;并对外购废钢检测的发展趋势进行了展望,提出采用废钢自动判级与废钢收得率协同检测法完成废钢质量判定。 The types and qualities of outsourced iron and steel scraps are is distinguishing,so there are some disputes in quality judgment and fixing the price.An automatic determination method of iron and steel scraps recovery rate based on intermediate frequency furnace system is presented in this paper.Iron and steel scraps recovery rate is used to provide technical support for scrap quality judgment and fixing the price.The process flow of automatic determination of iron and steel scraps recovery rate is designed based on the intermediate frequency furnace system.The equipment equipment function,principle,key parameters and process layout scheme of iron and steel scraps detecting test station are discussed,and the improvement direction of automatic determination method of iron and steel scraps recovery rate is proposed based on the current problems of the system.Finally,the development trend of outsourced iron and steel scrap testing is prospected.The development direction of iron and steel scrap testing is put forward in the cooperation of scraps recovery rate and automatic grading technology.
