摘要
以产业需求引导创新创业教育不仅是职业院校教育发展的关键,也是适应数字经济时代产业发展的内在需求。高职院校创新创业教育应当以产业需求为导向,通过教学改革、竞赛活动、师生创新创业行动等多方面实施,培养符合产业发展需求的高素质技术技能人才。深圳职业技术大学通过深入企业进行调研、建设高水平创新创业实践平台、创建特色产业学院、培养专兼结合的师资队伍、将创新创业大赛与产业需求深度融合以及实施教育的数字化转型等措施,有效实践了产业需求引导下的创新创业教育,为产业发展提供了创新创业型人才支持。
Demand-oriented innovation and entrepreneurship education is not only the key to the development of vocational colleges,but also the internal demand of industrial development in the digital economy era.Based on demand from industries,innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges should be carried out through teaching reform,competition activities,innovation and entrepreneurship practices of teachers and students,etc.,so as to cultivate high-quality technical talents who meet the needs of industrial development.By conducting in-depth enterprise investigation,building high-level innovation and entrepreneurship practice platforms,establishing characteristic industry colleges,cultivating full and part time professional teaching team,deeply integrating innovation and entrepreneurship competitions with industrial needs,and implementing digital transformation of education,Shenzhen Polytechnic University has effectively practiced innovation and entrepreneurship education based on industrial needs,supporting industrial development by cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
