摘要
随着科技的不断进步,功率半导体器件成为电子领域的核心产品之一。新能源时代节能、环保成为我国各行各业发展的主要导向,其中,功率半导体器件核心技术的发展成为推动电子领域节能环保的主要趋势。本文以无锡功率半导体产业为例,分析了新能源时代无锡功率半导体产业发展现状和面临的挑战,结合当前研究成果,从建立科研平台、探索自主创新的发展路径、掌握关键核心技术和大力发展半导体产业人才培养四方面给出了建议,以期对无锡功率半导体产业发展以及我国集成电路产业发展具有指导意义。
With the continuous advancement of technology,power semiconductor devices have become one of the core products in the field of electronics.In the era of new energy,energy efficiency and environmental protection have become the main directions for development across various industries in our country.Among them,the development of core technology in power semiconductor devices has become a major trend driving energy conservation and environmental protection in the electronic field.Taking the power semiconductor industry in Wuxi as an example,this paper analyzes the current development status and challenges faced by the pow-er semiconductor industry in the era of new energy.Combining with current research achievements,suggestions are provided from three aspects:exploring the development path of independent innovation,mastering key core technologies,and vigorously developing semiconductor industry talents.The aim is to provide guidance for the development of the power semiconductor industry in Wuxi and the integrated circuit industry in our country.
