摘要
目的分析在妇产科学教学过程中应用情景模拟教学法、“任务驱动”教学法的教学效果。方法选取2023年2—11月蚌埠医科大学第一附属医院妇产科接收的36名临床医学专业实习生为研究对象。采用抽签分组方式,将抽中奇数签的18名实习生设为对照组,抽中偶数签的18名实习生设为观察组。对照组单纯实施传统妇产科学教学法,观察组采取“任务驱动”+情景模拟教学法教学。比较并分析两组临床教学效果。结果观察组教学总满意度高于对照组,理论知识、实践技能、应急事件处理能力、分析能力和变通能力评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);且观察组教学总优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科学传统临床带教教学基础上应用“任务驱动”教学法联合情景模拟教学法对临床医学专业实习生进行教学,教学效果显著,有助于提高实习生教学满意程度,激发实习生学习兴趣以及自主性、积极性,增强学生交流表达、团体协作以及分析和问题解决等能力的同时,促进妇产科学教学效果全面提升。
Objective To analyze the teaching effect of situational simulation teaching method and task-driven teaching method in obstetrics and gynecology teaching.Methods A total of 36 interns learning in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from February to November 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were grouped by random drawing,18 interns with odd-signed were set as the control group,and the 18 interns with even-signed were set as the observation group.The control group simply implemented the traditional obstetrics and gynecology teaching method,and the observation group adopted the"taskdriven"+situational simulation teaching method.The clinical teaching effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results The total satisfaction rate of clinical teaching in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the scores of all performance indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total excellent rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of traditional clinical teaching in obstetrics and gynecology,the"task-driven"teaching method combined with situational simulation teaching method is applied to the teaching of clinical medical interns.The teaching effect is remark able,which helps to improve the teaching satisfaction of interns,stimulate their learning interest,autonomy and enthusiasm.While enhancing students'ability of communication and expression,group cooperation,analysis and problem solving,it also promotes the overall improvement of obstetrics and gynecology teaching effect.
