摘要
目的:分析基于互联网平台的延续性护理在静脉血栓栓塞症患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月济南市人民医院收治的静脉血栓栓塞症患者80例作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予基于互联网平台的延续性护理。比较两组治疗积极性、治疗依从性。结果:护理前,两组疾病对日常生活的影响、疾病延续治疗的重要性、遵医嘱接受规范化治疗、战胜疾病的信心评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组疾病对日常生活的影响、疾病延续治疗的重要性、遵医嘱接受规范化治疗、战胜疾病的信心评分高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:基于互联网平台的延续性护理在静脉血栓栓塞症患者中的应用效果显著,能够提高患者治疗积极性、依从性。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of extended care based on Internet platform in patients with venous thromboembolism.Methods:A total of 80 patients with venous thromboembolism admitted to Jinan People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine care and the study group received extended care based on Internet platform on the basis of the control group.Treatment activeness and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of the disease impact on daily life,the importance of disease continuation treatment,receiving standardized treatment as per medical order,and the confidence of overcoming the disease(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of the disease impact on daily life,the importance of disease continuation treatment,receiving standardized treatment as per medical order,and the confidence of overcoming the disease in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total treatment compliance in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application effect of extended care based on Internet platform in patients with venous thromboembolism is significant,which can improve the treatment activeness and treatment compliance of patients.
