摘要
目的:分析家庭心血管疾病康复模式在社区老年慢性心力衰竭患者康复中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月-2023年5月北京市丰台区马家堡社区卫生服务中心收治的70例老年慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组实施基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施家庭心血管疾病康复模式。比较两组干预效果。结果:干预后,观察组心功能分级低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组左室收缩末期容积、左室舒张末期容积低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,两组左室射血分数高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组身体活动、情感情况、其他情况评分低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:家庭心血管疾病康复模式在社区老年慢性心力衰竭患者康复中的应用效果显著,可改善患者心功能,提高其生活质量。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of family cardiovascular disease rehabilitation model in rehabilitation of elderly patients with chronic heart failure in community.Methods:A total of seventy elderly patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Beijing Fengtai District Majiapu Community Health Service Center from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number method,with thirty-five cases in each group.The control group received basic treatment,and the observation group received family cardiovascular disease rehabilitation mode on the basis of the control group.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After intervention,the cardiac function grade of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,left ventricular end-systolic volume and left ventricular end-diastolic volume in 2 groups were lower than before intervention,and observation group was lower than control group,left ventricular ejection fraction in 2 groups was higher than before intervention,and observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,the scores of physical activity,emotional status and other conditions in the two groups were lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of family cardiovascular disease rehabilitation model in the rehabilitation of elderly patients with chronic heart failure in the community is remarkable,which can improve the heart function of patients and improve their quality of life.
