摘要
目的系统分析国内外用于测量护士群体职业韧性的测评工具,并对其进行评价,为发展文化和人群特异性的护士职业韧性测评工具提供参考依据。方法采用系统分析的方法学框架,检索Cochrane Library、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库自建库以来至2022年4月7日发表的中英文文献,筛选符合纳入标准的测评护士职业韧性的相关文献,根据澳大利亚Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)循证卫生保健中心的文献质量评价工具进行文献质量评价;并追溯文献中使用的测评工具原始研究,对测评工具的特征进行总结、评价。结果共纳入17篇文献(国内12篇,国外5篇),其中3篇是发展护士职业韧性测评工具的研究。所有研究共涉及10种测评工具,仅有1个测评工具是专门针对护士群体开发的(国内1篇),有2个测评工具开发是关于医务人员(包含护士群体,国外2篇),其他均为通用性职业韧性测评工具。测评工具条目涉及11~32个,维度涉及3~7个,存在较大差异性。结论现有针对护士群体特异性的职业韧性测评工具较为匮乏,今后可结合我国国情及医疗背景,制定适宜于我国文化特征的护士职业韧性测评工具。
Objective To systematically analysis the domestic and international studies on evaluating the measurement tools of the nurses'career resilience,and provide evidences for developing a cultural adaptive scale on nurses'career resilience.Methods According to the methodological framework of systematic review,the Cochrane Library,PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,China Biomedical Literature Database,CNKI,Wanfang Database,and VIP Database were systematically searched from the establishment of the database till the publication date of April 7,2022,and selected relevant literature that met the inclusion criteria to evaluate the professional resilience of nurses.The study quality was evaluated using the relevant quality evaluation tool of the evidencebased health care center of Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)in Australia,and trace the original research on the evaluation tools used in the literature,summarize and evaluate the characteristics of the evaluation tools.Results A total of 17 studies(12 in China and 5 in other countries)were included,of which 3 were measurement tool development studies on nurses'career resilience.The included studies involved 10 kinds of measurement tools,but only one of which was developed specifically for the nurses(one in China),two(in other countries)of which were developed for medical personnel(including nurses),and the others were universal career resilience scales.There were 11-32 items and 3-7 dimensions in the scale with much diversity.Conclusions There is a lack of professional resilience assessment tools targeting the specific characteristics of the nursing population.In the future,it is possible to develop nurse professional resilience assessment tools that are suitable for China's cultural characteristics,taking into account China's national conditions and medical background.
