摘要
目的:分析我国中医医疗资源供需协调发展现状及其影响因素。方法:以各省中医医疗资源配置与服务利用的耦合协调度为结果变量,选择7个条件变量,开展模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)研究。结果:我国中医医疗资源供需耦合协调度的地区间和地区内差异较大;中医医院床位数、卫生技术人员数两个条件变量是构成影响结果变量耦合协调度的必要条件,5种条件组态可以促进中医医疗资源配置与服务利用的协调发展。结论:我国中医医疗资源供需耦合协调有较大提升空间,中医医疗资源配置驱动路径、中医医疗资源配置与服务利用融合型驱动路径、中医医疗服务利用主导型驱动路径,可以推动中医医疗资源供需协调发展。
Objective To analyze the current situation of the coordinated development of supply and demand of Chinese medicine medical resources and its influencing factors in China.Methods The degree of coupled coordination between Chinese medicine medical resource allocation and service utilization in each province was taken as the outcome variable,and seven conditional variables were selected for fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA).Results The inter-regional and intra-regional differences in the degree of coupled coordination of supply and demand of Chinese medicine medical resources in China were large.The two conditional variables of the number of beds in TCM hospitals and the number of health technicians were the necessary conditions affecting the degree of coupled coordination of the outcome variables.The five condition groupings could promote the coordinated development between Chinese medicine medical resource allocation and service utilization.Conclusion There is more room for improvement in the degree of coupled coordination of supply and demand of Chinese medicine medical resources in China.The driving path of Chinese medicine medical resource allocation,the integrated driving path between Chinese medicine medical resource allocation and service utilization,and the dominant driving path of Chinese medicine medical service utilization can promote the coordinated development of supply and demand of Chinese medicine medical resources.
