摘要
文章从区域社会经济、区域物流经济、物流基础设施、物流业规模、政府支持和低碳水平六个方面对我国“一带一路”沿线区域17个省市的低碳物流状况进行横向比较分析,构建包含18个二级指标的“一带一路”沿线省份低碳物流发展影响指标体系,并采用主成分分析法、熵权TOPSIS模型、灰色关联度模型以及改进的模糊Borda法对17个城市的低碳物流发展水平进行评价分析。结果表明:“一带一路”沿线省份低碳物流发展存在不均衡问题,沿海省份的低碳物流发展水平较高,而西部地区低碳物流发展水平相对较弱,但是大部分省份的低碳物流发展水平呈上升趋势,说明低碳物流还有巨大的发展空间。
This paper makes a horizontal comparative analysis on the low-carbon logistics situation of 17 provinces and cities along the Belt and Road from six aspects:regional social economy,regional logistics economy,logistics infrastructure,logistics industry scale,government support and low carbon level,and builds an impact index system of low-carbon logistics development in provinces along the Belt and Road,including 18 secondary indexes.In addition,principal component analysis method,entropy weight TOPSIS model,grey correlation model and improved fuzzy Borda method were used to evaluate and analyze the development level of lowcarbon logistics in 17 cities.The results show that the development of low-carbon logistics in provinces along the Belt and Road is unbalanced.The development level of low-carbon logistics in coastal provinces is relatively high,while that in western regions is relatively weak.However,the development level of low-carbon logistics in most provinces is on the rise,indicating that there is still a huge space for the development of low-carbon logistics.
