摘要
本文针对6xxx铝合金生产过程中偶有发生时效后的力学性能不合格现象,着重于人们最容易忽略的因素——6xxx铝合金停放效应展开论述。本文综述了近年来6xxx合金停放效应对力学性能的影响,首先论述了6xxx铝合金停放效应产生的原因,其次给出了降低停放效应的具体措施及方法,最终总结了部分6xxx铝合金停放效应对力学性能的影响数据,以期为各位从事6xxx铝合金生产实践的工作人员提供一定的参考及借鉴。
In this paper,we focus on the most easily ignored factor,the parking effect of 6xxx aluminum alloy,in view of the occasional failure of the mechanical properties after aging in the production process of 6xxx aluminum alloy.This paper reviews the influence of the stagnation effect on the mechanical properties of 6xxx alloys in recent years,firstly discusses the causes of the stagnation effect of 6xxx green very,and secondly gives the specific measures and methods to reduce the stagnation effect,finally,summarizes some data on the effect of stopping effect on mechanical properties of 6xxx aluminum alloy,so as to provide some reference and reference for all staff engaged in the production time of 6xxx aluminum alloy.
