大巷煤柱优化设计及切顶卸压技术应用

摘要 针对工作面停采线与采区大巷之间留设较大宽度的保护煤柱及切顶卸压技术问题,以木瓜煤矿二盘区10-208工作面为工程背景,采用力学理论分析与数值模拟等方法,分析10-208超前支撑压力分布及影响规律,探讨了不同切顶高度和切顶角度时护巷煤柱的安全性及稳定性。结果表明:10-208工作面在切顶卸压基础上,停采线护巷煤柱尺寸应不小于24.29 m;模拟显示切顶卸压效果是随着切顶高度的增加而增加的,在切顶高度15 m时卸压效果最好;随着切顶高度的确定,不同切顶角度下的卸压效果差距不大,但相比较而言,切顶角度为65°时可减小超前影响范围。通过实施10-208切巷静态胀裂切顶卸压方案,实现为矿井安全高效生产提供有力支撑。 To solve the problems of a larger width of protective coal pillars and roof cutting and pressure relief technology between the stopping line of the working face and main roadways of the mining area,taking the 10-208 working face of the panel II in Mugua Mine as the engineering background,we analyzed the distribution and influence of the advanced support pressure by mechanical theoretical analysis and numerical simulation and explored the safety and stability of the protective coal pillars at different roof cutting heights and angles.The results show that,based on roof cutting and pressure relief in the 10-208 working face,the size of protective coal pillars at the stopping line is not less than 24.29 m.The simulation shows that the effect of roof cutting and pressure relief increases with the increase of roof cutting height and the pressure relief is most effective when the roof cutting height is 15 m.As the roof cutting height is determined,the pressure relief effect does not differ much with the roof cutting angles;in comparison,the roof cutting angle of 65°reduces the influence range.Implementing static expansion roof cutting and pressure relief technology can provide strong support for the safe and efficient production of the mine.
