摘要
为了解不同施肥处理对核桃楸内源激素和生长的影响,以6年生核桃楸无性系为试验材料,进行氮(N)、磷(P)、钾(K)三因素正交施肥试验,测定其内源激素含量及生长性状。分析结果表明,施肥有助于提高核桃楸反式玉米素(Trans-Zeatin,tZ)、赤霉素(Gibberellin A3,GA_(3))、脱落酸(Abscisic acid,ABA)和吲哚乙酸(Indole acetic acid,IAA)4种内源激素的含量,其中tZ含量变化最大;N、P和K肥料对内源激素影响程度不同,影响tZ和GA_(3)含量的作用为N>K>P,影响ABA和IAA含量的作用为N>P>K;氮肥是提升4种内源激素含量最优因素,综合分析提升4种内源激素含量的施肥处理组合为氮肥0.75 kg/株、磷肥0.3 kg/株、钾肥0.15 kg/株。生长方面,施肥降低种源内无性系的树高变异,不同施肥处理间树高的净生长量差异不显著,不同施肥处理对新梢长度和粗度促进作用不明显。
In order to understand the effects of different fertilization treatments on endogenous hormones and growth of Juglans mandshurica Maxim,a three-factor orthogonal fertilization test of N,P and K was conducted to determine the endogenous hormone contents and growth traits of 6-year-old Juglans mandshurica Maxim clones as test materials.The results showed that fertilization helped to increase the contents of four endogenous hormones of Juglans mandshurica Maxim,namely trans-zeatin(tZ),gibberellin(GA_(3)),abscisic acid(ABA)and indole acetic acid(IAA),among which the content of trans-zeatin(tZ)changed the most;the three kinds of fertilizers,namely,nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium,had different influences on the endogenous hormones,and the influences on the contents of trans-zeatin(tZ)and gibberellin(GA3)were N>K>P,and the role of affecting abscisic acid(ABA)and indole acetic acid(IAA)content was N>P>K;nitrogen fertilizer was the optimal factor to enhance the content of the four endogenous hormones,and the combination of fertilization treatments to enhance the content of the four endogenous hormones in the comprehensive analysis was 0.75 kg/plant of nitrogen fertilizer,0.3 kg/plant of phosphorus fertilizer,0.15 kg/plant of potash fertilizer.In terms of growth,fertilization reduced the variation in tree height within the asexual seed source,but the difference in net growth in tree height between the different fertilization treatments was not significant,and the different fertilization treatments did not have a significant effect on the promotion of new shoot length and coarseness.
