摘要
艾叶是一种多年生菊科草本植物,具有安胎止血、散寒排湿等作用。艾叶中含有蛋白质、脂肪、维生素、矿物质元素等营养成分,具有抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化等多种功效。艾叶作为饲料添加剂可提升动物的生长性能和免疫功能,改善动物产品的品质,因此艾叶及其活性成分发挥相关功能的分子机制值得深入研究。文章综述了艾叶活性成分的提取工艺、在动物生产中的应用及其作用机制,为艾叶合理地应用于动物生产提供参考。
Artemisia argyi leaves are a perennial herb belonging to the Asteraceae family,which has the functions of placenta placenta and hemostasis,dispelling cold and expelling dampness.Artemisia argyi leaves contains protein,fat,vitamins,mineral elements,and other nutrients,with antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant and other effects.As a feed additive,Artemisiaargyi leaves can enhance the growth performance and immune function of animals,as well as improve the quality of animal products.Therefore,the molecular mechanism of Artemisiaargyi leaves and their active components to play related functions deserves further study.In this paper,the extraction technology,application and action mechanism of the active components of Artemisiaargyi leaves were reviewed,so as to provide a reference for rational application of Artemisiaargyileaves in animal production.
