摘要
工业旅游是旅游业发展的一种新兴模式,它的兴起不仅丰富了旅游产品的内容,也为企业和政府带来了经济效益和社会效益。随着工业旅游受到传统旅游行业的冲击,也迎来了历史发展的新机遇,因此提升工业旅游营销发展意识,构建旅游体验营销提升策略,是目前摆在工业旅游行业迫切需要解决的问题。研究表明,通过提高游客第一印象,设计旅游环节,设置关键体验点,提升服务质量,并适时整合企业品牌管理与营销,则使工业旅游业能够更好地满足游客需求,推动工业产业升级,实现可持续发展。
Industrial tourism is an emerging model in the tourism industry.Its rise not only enriches the content of tourism products but also brings economic and social benefits to businesses and governments.As industrial tourism faces challenges from the traditional tourism sector,it also presents new opportunities for historical development.Therefore,enhancing awareness of industrial tourism marketing and building strategies to improve the tourism experience are urgent issues in the industry.This article focuses on improving tourists'first impressions,designing tourism activities,establishing key experiential points,enhancing service quality,and integrating corporate brand culture management and marketing timely.This ensures that the industrial tourism sector can better meet the needs of tourists,promote industrial upgrading,and achieve sustainable and healthy development.
