摘要
专业群建设作为我国“双高计划”实施重要且艰巨的一项任务,是促进国家产业经济发展、推动职业教育高质量内涵式发展的必然要求,是高职特色专业发展的重要契机。为从根源上解决专业群建设过程中存在的宏观调控力不足、校企合作债乏等若干问题,高职院校必须明确专业群建设目标,深入了解建设内涵及意义,依托“加强宏观调控,创设优良建设环境、深化产教融合,打造校企命运共同体、优化人才培养方案,提高人才供给匹配度”三方面路径来探索专业群建设的现实对策,以期推动高等职业教育办学水平的全面提升。
As an important and arduous task for the implementation of the“double-high plan”in China,the construction of professional group is an inevitable requirement for promoting the development of national industrial economy and promoting the high-quality connotative development of vocational education,and an important opportunity for the development of characteristic majors in higher vocational colleges.To solve the problems such as the lack of macro-control and school-enterprise cooperation in the process of the construction of professional groups from the root,higher vocational colleges must make clear the goal of the construction of professional groups and deeply understand the connotation and significance of the construction.The practical countermeasures for the construction of professional groups should be explored from three aspects:strengthening macro-control,creating a good construction environment,deepening the integration of production and education,creating a community of shared future between schools and enterprises,optimizing talent training programs,and improving the matching degree of talent supply,so as to promote the overall improvement of the level of higher vocational education.
