摘要
隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤是一种少见的浸润性皮肤软组织肿瘤,具有惰性生长的特点,手术切除后易复发。本文报道隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤一例,患者,女,47岁,上腹部红色结节1年余,经组织病理和免疫组化确诊,给予手术扩大切除,术后1个月放疗,随访2年余未复发。
Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans(DFSP) is a rare soft tissue tumor tha typically presents as a slowly growing.We report a forty-siven-year-old female with DFSP,who presented with firm plaque on the midsection.The patient was diagnosed according to the features of clinical manifestations,histopathology and immunohistochemistry.The lesion was treated with extended surgical resection,then radiotherapy one month after the operation,and no recurrence for more than 2 years follow-up.
