摘要
葡萄是最受消费者欢迎的水果之一,经济价值也很高。近年来,通辽市的葡萄产业不断发展,种植面积扩大,在地理位置、气候条件和交通运输方面都有显著优势,并且有利于葡萄的销售。通辽市主要栽培品种有巨峰葡萄、夏黑葡萄、香悦葡萄和醉金香葡萄等。综述通辽市种植葡萄的优势条件,介绍了葡萄中的活性成分,如白藜芦醇、单宁、原花青素、齐墩果酸以及有机酸等,并且对葡萄的抗氧化、抗癌和抗炎等保健功能进行了简要综述。
Grape is one of the most popular fruits in the world and also a product with high economic value.In recent years,the grape industry in Tongliao city has developed rapidly,and cultivated varieties include Kyoho grape,Xiahei grape,Xiangyue grape,and Zuijinxiang grape.This article mainly reviewed the advantages of grape cultivation in Tongliao City,and introduced the active ingredients in grapes,such as resveratrol,tannins,proanthocyanidins,oleanolic acid,and organic acids.It also briefly described the health functions of grapes such as antioxidant,anticancer,and anti-inflammatory.
