摘要
近几年,高校大力建设数据平台新基建,积累了大量数据资源,提升数据质量是高校实现高质量发展的必然选择。文章介绍了高校大数据治理平台新基建,利用大数据治理全生命周期生态体系模型,依托产教融合、信息化与教学融合、创新创业融合等,利用开放的大数据治理平台,给出了地方高校人才培养的基本思路,以学校资源建设为基础,以规章制度为保障,既有地方高校人才培养特色又可以推广“五协同、五融合、五对接”,提升学校知名度与人才竞争力。
In recent years,universities have vigorously constructed new infrastructure for data platforms,accumulating a large amount of data resources.Improving data quality is an inevitable choice for universities to achieve high-quality development.The article introduces the new infrastructure of university big data governance platform,utilizing the full lifecycle ecosystem model of big data governance,relying on the integration of industry and education,informatization and teaching,innovation and entrepreneurship,and utilizing an open big data governance platform,it provides the basic ideas for talent cultivation in local universities.Based on the construction of school resources and guaranteed by rules and regulations,it not only has the characteristics of talent cultivation in local universities,but also promotes five collaborations,five integrations,and five connections,enhancing the school’s reputation and talent competitiveness.
