摘要
以某选煤厂选煤技术改造为例,详细阐述煤泥水处理对选煤工艺的具体影响,影响内容包括循环水浓度改变分级脱泥脱水状态、循环水浓度增加改变选煤工艺操作效果、煤泥水回收能力一般及循环水浓度降低洗选效果等,然后根据当前煤泥水处理效果,科学规范选煤工艺中煤泥水处理状态,确保选煤工艺的实践操作质量,增强选煤厂选煤的科学性。
Taking the coal preparation technology transformation of a coal preparation plant as an example,the specific impact of slime water treatment on the coal preparation process is described in detail,including the change of the concentration of circulating water to the classified desliming and dewatering state,the increase of the concentration of circulating water to change the operation effect of the coal preparation process,the general recovery capacity of slime water and the reduction of the concentration of circulating water to the washing effect.Then,according to the current slime water treatment effect,the middling coal slime water treatment state of the coal preparation process is scientifically standardized to ensure the practical operation quality of the coal preparation process and enhance the scientificity of the coal preparation in the coal preparation plant.
