摘要
对合欢根尖细胞预处理方法的比较研究结果表明:低温处理可以促进中期染色体的增加,8-羟基喹啉（8-HQ）和对二氯本（PDB）水溶液处理的根尖能产生许多类型的染色体畸变。
The effects of low temperature and 8-HQ, PDB Pretreatments on mitosis of root tip of Albizza julibrissin are investigated. The results show that the enhanced middle chromosomal was promoted by the low temperature pretretments. The meristematic cell of root tips of Albizzia julibrssin is pretretmented by 8-HQ and PDB. There are many types of chromosomal aberration.
