摘要
基于某常规增压柴油机,研究了掺烧代用燃料生物柴油对柴油机性能的影响。但是,相比柴油,生物柴油黏性较大,含氧量高,对柴油机影响较大。因此对掺烧水/生物柴油做进一步研究,通过提高喷油压力进行优化。在柴油机75%中高负荷下,选择以下工况进行研究:生物柴油掺混比为40%,掺水率为2%~8%,喷油压力为31 MPa~61 MPa。结果表明:随着掺水率增加,缸内爆压下降幅度较小,NO排放降幅较大,能有效缓解生物柴油富氧性带来的NO废气增加问题;随着喷油压力升高,燃油雾化效果变好,最高爆发压力也有所提高,CO与碳烟排放得到优化,这改善了掺烧生物柴油带来的燃油雾化效果变差的不利影响。最终选择生物柴油掺混比为40%,掺水率为8%,组合喷油压力为41 MPa为最佳组合,该组合下的NO排放及缸内爆压与原机相当,CO和碳烟的排放优于原机。仿真结果可为生物柴油的实际应用提供解决措施。
Based on a conventional turbocharged diesel engine,the influence of blending biodiesel with alternative fuel on the performance of diesel engine is studied.However,compared with diesel,biodiesel has greater viscosity and high oxygen content,which has a greater impact on diesel engine.Therefore,the blending water/biodiesel for further research is studied,which is optimized by increasing injection pressure.Under 75%medium and high load of diesel engine,the following conditions are selected for research:biodiesel mixing ratio of 40%,water watering rate of 2%~8%,injection pressure of 31 MPa~61 MPa.The results show that with the increase of water content,the decrease of explosion pressure in cylinder is small,and the decrease of NO emission is large,which can effectively alleviate the impact of NO emission increase caused by oxygen enrichment of biodiesel.With the increase of fuel injection pressure,the fuel atomization effect is improved,the explosion pressure in the cylinder is effectively improved,the CO and soot emissions are optimized,and the adverse effect of poor fuel atomization caused by mixed combustion of biodiesel is improved.Finally,the combination with biodiesel blending ratio of 40%and water blending ratio of 8%and fuel injection pressure of 41 MPa are selected as the best combination.Its NO emission and cylinder burst pressure are equivalent to the original engine,and the emission of CO and soot are better than that of the original engine.The simulation results can provide solutions for the practical application of biodiesel.
