摘要
类淋巴系统损害引起的物质代谢异常导致中枢神经炎症的重要原因之一。中枢神经炎症引发的阿尔茨海默病、视神经脊髓炎、抑郁症等疾病的发病机制已经成为国内外研究的热点。近年来,对类淋巴系统的结构改变、功能损害与中枢神经炎症的相关性研究日益增多,其中类淋巴系统中的水通道蛋白表达异常、血管周围间隙改变影响脑内液体流动而介导中枢神经炎症在疾病进程中发挥重要作用。本文对类淋巴系统在中枢神经炎症相关疾病中如何维持液体稳态的研究进展进行综述,以期为防治中枢神经炎症相关疾病提供理论依据。
The damage of the glymphatic system is one of the important causes of central nervous inflammation caused by abnormal substance metabolism.The pathogenesis of central nervous inflammation caused by Alzheimer’s disease,optic neuromyelitis,depression,and other diseases has become a hot topic at home and abroad.In recent years,more and more studies have been conducted on the correlation between structural changes and functional impairment of the glymphatic system and central nervous inflammation.Among them,abnormal expression of aquaporins in the glymphatic system and changes in perivascular space affect brain fluid flow and mediate central nervous inflammation,which play an important role in the disease process.This article reviews the research progress of how the glymphatic system maintains fluid homeostasis in central nervous inflammation-related diseases,in order to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of central nervous inflammation-related diseases.
