摘要
新质生产力是符合高质量发展要求的新型生产力,代表的是一种生产力的跃迁,成为推动体育产业高质量发展的新动能。以新质生产力驱动体育产业高质量发展为研究对象,探讨其理论内涵、作用机制、风险挑战与路径选择。研究认为,从技术、要素、融合、协作、开放五大生产力论述新质生产力与体育产业高质量发展的逻辑关系;从“生产要素—技术创新—产业体系—要素配置”四个维度揭示新质生产力驱动体育产业高质量发展的作用机制;从数字金融安全、结构性失业、创新阻滞问题、消费普惠公平四方面论述新质生产力驱动体育产业高质量发展的风险挑战。最后,提出完善制定相关政策法规,构建适应新质生产力的数字体育保障体系;健全产学研协同机制,培育适应新质生产力的体育新型劳动者;推进产业数字化转型,激活适应新质生产力的体育产业转型动力;建设数字基础设施,打造适应新质生产力的体育产业新载体等优化路径。
New quality productivity is a new type of productivity that meets the requirements of high-quality development.It represents a leap in productivity and has become a new driving force for promoting the high-quality development of the sports industry.Taking the high-quality development of the sports industry driven by new productive forces as the research object,this paper explores its theoretical connotation,mechanism of action,risk challenges,and path selection.Research suggests that the logical relationship between new quality productivity and high-quality development of the sports industry is discussed from the five major productive forces of technology,elements,integration,collaboration,and openness;Reveal the mechanism by which new productive forces drive the high-quality development of the sports industry from the four dimensions of“production factors-technological innovation-industrial system-factor allocation”;Discuss the risks and challenges of high-quality development of the sports industry driven by new productive forces from four aspects:digital financial security,structural unemployment,innovation barriers,and consumer equity.Finally,it is proposed to improve the formulation of relevant policies and regulations,and build a sports digital security system that adapts to new productive forces;Establish a collaborative mechanism between industry,academia,and research,and cultivate new sports workers who are adaptable to new productive forces;Promote the digital transformation of industries and activate the driving force for the transformation of the sports industry that adapts to new productive forces;Building digital infrastructure and creating an optimized path for a new carrier of the sports industry that adapts to new quality productivity.
