摘要
该文旨在深入了解不同运动对视力发展的影响,从而为优化青少年视力保护策略提供科学依据。通过分析各项运动对眼睛健康的影响和现有研究趋势,可以指导儿童选择适合的运动方式,减少可能的视力问题,促进他们全面发展,同时也有助于制订更有效的儿童视力保护计划。该文利用文献资料法,在中国知网(CNKI)以“青少年近视眼、青少年近视、运动、体育”等关键词为主题进行文献检索,进而对该文研究领域的信息进行分类整理,分析其研究现状及发展。主要对体育锻炼干预儿童青少年近视发生的各种研究进行分析,将干预项目按运动类型分为户外运动、球类运动和其他运动,三者均可使青少年儿童近视的发生得到改善。其他类型的体育锻炼对青少年儿童的视力变化是否存在正向作用、干预有效时间是多少尚无定论,但对于干预机制而言,研究人员未来仍需继续深入挖掘,现有描述性研究居多,机制类实验研究相对较少。
This paper aims to gain an in-depthunderstanding ofthe effects of different sports on vision development,so as to provide a scientific basis for optimizing vision protection strategies for adolescents.By analyzing the effects of various sports on eye health and the existing research trends,children can be guided to choose suitable exercise methodsto reduce possible vision problems,and promote their all-round development,as well as help develop more effective vision protection plans for children.By using the literature data method,a literature search was conducted on CNKI with the theme of "adolescent nearsightedness,adolescent myopia,exercise,sports",and then the information in this research field was classified and sorted,and the research status and development were analyzed.This paper mainly analyzes the various studies on the intervention of physical exercise in the occurrence of myopia in children and adolescents,and divides the intervention items into outdoor sports,ball games and other sports according to the types of sports,all of which can improve the occurrence of myopia in children and adolescents.Whether other types of physical exercise have a positive effect on the strength change of adolescents and children,and how long the intervention is effective is still inconclusive.However,as for the intervention mechanism,researchers still need to continue to dig deeper in the future,the existing descriptive studies are mostly,and the experimental studies on mechanism are relatively small.
