摘要
目的 探讨耳穴压豆疗法对高血压患者睡眠质量、生活质量与负性情绪的影响。方法 86例高血压患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,每组43例。对照组给予监测患者血压水平变化情况,严格按照医嘱给予患者药物干预;实验组在对照组基础上加用耳穴压豆疗法。比较两组患者负性情绪、生活质量、睡眠质量。结果 治疗后,实验组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分分别为(39.62±1.11)、(39.64±1.11)分,均低于对照组的(41.02±1.10)、(41.03±1.15)分,差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组患者生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)中物质生活评分(89.02±3.11)分、心理功能评分(89.64±3.71)分、躯体功能评分(89.41±3.13)分、社会功能评分(89.03±3.14)分高于对照组的(82.22±3.32)、(83.13±3.25)、(82.54±3.18)、(83.46±3.13)分,匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分(3.56±1.12)分低于对照组的(6.24±1.13)分,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 耳穴压豆疗法对高血压患者的睡眠质量、生活质量和负性情绪具有积极影响,患者焦虑、抑郁情绪得到明显改善,生活质量提升,睡眠质量更高,可推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of auricular points plaster therapy on sleep quality,quality of life and negative emotion of hypertension patients.Methods 86 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given monitoring of changes in blood pressure levels,and the experimental group was given auricular points plaster therapy based on the control group.The negative emotion,quality of life and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the experimental group were(39.62±1.11)and(39.64±1.11)points,which were lower than(41.02±1.10)and(41.03±1.15)points in the control group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)physical life,psychological function,physical function and social function in the experimental group were(89.02±3.11),(89.64±3.71),(89.41±3.13)and(89.03±3.14)points,which were higher than(82.22±3.32),(83.13±3.25),(82.54±3.18)and(83.46±3.13)points in the control group;the Pittsburg sleep quality index(PSQI)score of(3.56±1.12)points in the experimental group was lower than(6.24±1.13)points in the control group;and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular points plaster therapy has a positive impact on sleep quality,quality of life and negative emotions of hypertension patients.Anxiety and depression of patients are significantly improved,the quality of life of patients is improved,and the sleep quality is higher,so this method can be popularized and applied.
