摘要
针对船舶小组立装焊作业过程信息数据繁杂,数据关系模糊,数据不完备,导致调度计划难度大,生产现场管理混乱,生产效率低下的问题,首先,采用系统建模语言(Systems Modeling Language, SysML),从需求、结构、行为、参数四个方面建立船舶小组立生产过程的数据模型,对繁多、异构、多源的非结构化数据进行统一结构化描述;其次,提出面向船舶制造系统的综合评价方法,梳理人、机、料、法、环等生产要素之间的关联关系,挖掘关键要素及指标;最后,通过物联网技术搭建生产现场、数据模型和应用系统相互连接的信息物理融合系统(Cyber-Physical Systems, CPS),对现场运行状态进行实时监控和分析决策。此外,该模型及系统可以应用到船舶制造领域的其他中间产品。
Aiming at the problems of complex information and data,fuzzy data relation and incomplete data in the welding process of ship group erection,which lead to difficult scheduling,chaotic production site management and low production efficiency,a data model of ship group production process is established using systems modeling language(SysML)from four aspects:demand,structure,behavior and parameters.The various,heterogeneous and multi-source data are described in a unified manner.A comprehensive evaluation method for the ship manufacturing system is proposed to sort out the correlation between production factors such as man,machine,material,method and environment,and identify the key factors and indicators.Finally,a cyber-physical fusion system(CPS)connecting the production site,data model and application system is built through the Internet of Things technology to carry out real-time monitoring,analysis and decision-making of the field running state.In addition,the model and system can be applied to other intermediate products in the field of shipbuilding.
