冲击载荷下承载钢丝绳的力学特性分析

摘要 为了探究钢丝绳在周期冲击载荷作用下的力学性能变化规律,以6×36WS型钢丝绳为研究对象,采用有限元分析法,研究了不同冲击载荷工况、不同捻距条件对钢丝绳力学性能及振动频率的影响规律。研究结果表明:在下坠冲击载荷和装载冲击载荷作用下,随着钢丝绳捻距的增加,钢丝绳的最大应力均呈下降趋势;通过分析装载过程中钢丝绳振动频率的变化,可以看出钢丝绳的捻距的变化对于钢丝绳振动频率的影响并不大。研究结果可为钢丝绳进一步优化设计提供参考。 In order to investigate the mechanical properties of the wire rope under the action of cyclic impact load,6×36WS type wire rope as the object of study,using finite element analysis method,the study of different impact load conditions,different twist distance conditions on the mechanical properties of the wire rope and vibration frequency of the law of influence.The research results show that:under the action of falling impact load and loading impact load,with the increase of wire rope twist distance,the maximum stress of wire rope are decreasing trend;by analyzing the change of wire rope vibration frequency during the loading process,it can be seen that the change of wire rope twist distance for the influence of wire rope vibration frequency is not big.The research results can provide reference for the further optimization of wire rope design.
