摘要
冶金起重机工作环境恶劣、工作量大,对起重机的电控系统损害较大。同时,由于环境的恶劣也造成了检验检测的困难。基于此,研究了一种冶金起重机起升电控系统检测技术和检测方案,通过测定起重机起升时的实时电流和电压来计算起重机电机的相关参数,并生成功率与负载曲线、功率与起重机操作曲线来判断起升电控系统能否正常工作。
Metallurgical cranes work in harsh environments and heavy workloads,which cause greater damage to the crane's electronic control system.At the same time,the harsh environment also causes difficulties in inspection and testing.This topic studies a metallurgical crane hoisting electronic control system inspection technology and inspection scheme,through the determination of the real-time current and voltage when the crane is hoisted to calculate the relevant parameters of the crane motor,and generates the success rate and load curve,power and crane operation curve to determine whether the hoisting electronic control system can work properly.
