摘要
变压器油箱的机器人自动化焊接能够提升生产效率并确保焊缝品质,本文作者介绍了机器人自动化焊接在本公司主变油箱焊接中的应用,通过油箱结构和制作工艺的适当改进,适应了机器人自动化焊接的要求,提高了自动化焊接,提高了生产效率。
The robot automatic welding of transformer tank can improve the production efficiency and ensure the quality of the weld,this paper introduces the application of the development of robot automatic welding robot in the welding of the main transformer tank of the company,through the appropriate improvement of the tank structure and production process,to adapt to the requirements of robot automatic welding,improve the automatic welding,and improve the production efficiency.
