Research and Design of Integrated Data Sharing Platform for Clinical Scientific Research in Traditional Chinese Medicine Digestion Field Based on Blockchain

摘要 利用区块链和联邦学习等技术,构建基于区块链的中医消化领域临床科研一体化数据共享平台,包括中医消化领域优势病种数据管理系统、中医消化领域优势病种可信联合循证分析联盟链和中医消化领域优势病种可信联合循证分析平台。该方案支持多途径数据采集,包括医院信息管理系统(Hospital Information System, HIS)/医学实验室信息管理系统(Laboratory Information Management System, LIS)/电子病历(Electronic Medical Record, EMR)等业务系统中临床数据定时抽取和手动导入,科研数据经病例报告表(Case Report Form, CRF)手动录入和自动映射等方式;并支持原始数据本地存储,仅将数据索引和数据Hash特征进行共识上链存证;基于RegLang智能合约监管,实现监管规则的数字化、自动化和智能化,保证智能合约的安全性,实现数据安全共享的函数级控制;借助分布式算法实现各节点本地单独计算、汇总结果链上流转等功能,做到“算法多跑路,数据不跑路”,充分保障数据安全与隐私。整个平台架构在数据安全存储和可信计算之上实现了多中心医学研究全场景的解决方案,拥有面向多样化医疗科研场景所需的上层应用能力,如多中心临床研究开展、跨区域专病数据库建设等。临床科研一体化数据共享平台的建立,对促进中医药临床与科研数据多方平等共享、合作共赢提供了有力支撑,为中医药行业快速发展奠定了坚实基础。 An integrated data sharing platform for clinical scientific research in the field of TCM digestion based on block-chain and federated learning technologies has been built,including a data management system for dominant diseases in the field of TCM digestion,a credible joint evidence-based analysis alliance chain for dominant diseases in the field of TCM digestion and a credible joint evidence-based analysis platform for dominant diseases in the field of TCM digestion.The scheme supports multi-channel data collection,including timing extraction and manual import of clinical data in HIS/LIS/EMR and other busi-ness systems,manual input through CRF and automatic mapping of scientific research data.It also supports local storage of origi-nal data,and only uses data index and data Hash characteristics for common link storage.Based on RegLang smart contract su-pervision,it realizes the digitalization,automation and intellectualization of supervision rules,guarantees the security of smart con-tract,and realizes the function level control of data security sharing.With the help of distributed algorithm,each node can calcu-late independently locally and summarize the flow of results on the chain,so as to realize“multi-route algorithm and non-route data”and fully guarantee data security and privacy.The whole platform architecture realizes the solution of multi-center medi-cal research scene on the basis of data security storage and calculation,and has the upper application capabilities required for di-versified medical research scenarios,such as multi-center clinical research development,cross-regional special disease data-base construction,etc.The establishment of an integrated data sharing platform for clinical research provides strong support for promoting equal sharing and win-win cooperation of clinical and scientific research data of TCM,and lays a solid foundation for the rapid development of the TCM industry.
