摘要
牙槽嵴保存术(ARP)可以有效减少牙齿拔除后牙槽嵴的形态变化,从而创造出有利于种植义齿修复的软硬组织条件。目前,用于填充拔牙窝的复合骨增量材料主要为不同类型骨增量材料间的联合应用,以及各类型骨增量材料与自体血液制品、生长因子、胶原蛋白、多糖以及牙釉质基质衍生物等的联合应用,这些类型的复合材料在成骨效果上相较于单一材料更为显著。本文对ARP中常用的复合骨增量材料的特点和应用进展进行综述,以期为临床工作提供参考。
Alveolar ridge preservation technology can effectively reduce the morphological changes of alveolar ridge after tooth extraction,thereby creating favorable soft and hard tissue conditions for implant restoration.At present,the composite bone augmentation materials used to fill tooth extraction nest are mainly combined applications of various types of bone augmentation materials,and the combination of these materials with autologous blood products,growth factor,collagen,polysaccharide,and enamel matrix derivatives,etc.These combined applications are more significant than a single material in terms of bone formation.This paper reviews the characteristics and research progress of composite bone augmentation materials typically used in alveolar ridge preservation,aiming to provide reference for clinical practice.
