摘要
引入了一种基于特征点约束的飞机外翼对接位姿拟合粒子群优化方法,用于解决外翼对接时位姿拟合误差大的问题,以提高外翼对接精度。首先,通过建立外翼对接时的空间坐标系,分析外翼作为移动部件时位姿拟合误差产生的原因以及减小误差的关键点。然后,使用最小二乘法解算位姿调整参数,通过对特征点约束条件的分析,建立合适的目标函数建立数学模型。再次,引入粒子群算法对位姿调整参数进行优化解算,提高参数精度,从而减小了位姿拟合误差。最后实验验证了本文方法的可行性和有效性。
A particle swarm optimization method based on feature point constraints is introduced,for fitting the posture of aircraft wing docking.The method is used to solve the problem of large posture fitting errors during wing docking and improve the wing docking accuracy.First,a spatial coordinate system for the docking of the outer wing is established.And the reasons for the position error and attitude control points of the outer wing as a moving component is analyzed.The key points to reduce the error is worked out.Second,the least squares method is used to calculate the posture adjustment parameters.And a suitable objective function and mathematical model is established by analyzing the constraint conditions of the feature points.Once again,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is introduced to optimize the posture adjustment parameters calculation.The parameter accuracy is improved,and thereby posture fitting errors is reduced.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified through experiments.
