摘要医教融合作为医学教育发展的新趋势,强调将医学教育与医疗实践相结合,促进学生全面发展和综合素质的提升。在医教融合背景下,护理专业实训课程思政教学的构建与实施变得尤为重要。护理专业是一门高度职业化的学科,护士的职业道德和职业素养对于医疗服务的质量和效果具有重要影响。同时,护理专业的实践环节是学生接触真实医疗环境的关键阶段,也是培养护理学生实际操作能力和职业精神的重要阶段。医教融合下,护理专业实训应结合思政教育,通过实际案例分析和临床实践,培养学生职业责任感以及人文关怀精神。文章旨在探讨医教融合背景下护理专业实训课程思政教学体系的构建及其重要性,并提出了具体的课程思政教学体系构建措施,以期为护理专业培养更优秀的医学人才做出积极贡献。 As a new trend in the development of medical education,the integration of medical education and medical practice is emphasized to promote the comprehensive development and improvement of students'overall quality.In the context of medical education integration,the construction and implementation of ideological and political education in nursing professional training courses have become particularly important.Nursing is a highly professional discipline,and the professional ethics and qualities of nurses have a significant impact on the quality and effectiveness of medical services.At the same time,the practical stage of nursing profession is a crucial stage for students to be exposed to the real medical environment, and also an important stage for cultivating nursing students' practical skills and professional spirit. Under the integration of medical education, nursing practical training courses should be combined with ideological and political education, and through practical case analysis and clinical practice, cultivate students' sense of professional responsibility and humanistic care spirit. This article aims to explore the construction and importance of the ideological and political education system for nursing practical training courses under the background of medical education integration, and proposes specific measures for the construction of the ideological and political education system, in order to make positive contributions to the cultivation of better medical talents in the nursing profession.
