中职院校“赛教技研”一体式复合型师资培育模式的探究与实践——以广西电子高级技工学校汽车专业为例

摘要 随着国家经济产业结构不断升级发展,国家对职业教育教师队伍、人才培养提出新的要求,教育必须服务产业经济,人才培养要求也越来越高,近年来国家陆续出台了一系列政策,致力于提升师资队伍建设。技工院校教师,特别是青年教师,“赛教技研”能力与人才培养难以协同兼顾同步发展。职业学校如何搭建一个好的平台,制定强有力的保障措施,解决协同育人低效,人才培养与教师发展实现共生共长“难”的问题,迫在眉睫。 With the continuous upgrading and development of the national economic and industrial structure,the state has put forward new requirements for the training of vocational education teachers and talents,education must serve the industrial economy,and the requirements for talent training are getting higher and higher.Teachers in technical colleges,especially young teachers,are unable to develop simultaneously with the ability of"competition education and technology research"and talent training.It is urgent for vocational schools to build a good platform,formulate strong safeguard measures,and solve the problems of inefficient collaborative education and the"difficult"problem of talent training and teacher development to achieve symbiosis and co-growth.
