摘要
[研究目的]构建面向合规管理的竞争情报协同服务模式,促进企业合规管理从被动管理走向主动管理和战略管理。为企业合规管理提供了一个新的研究视角,给竞争情报确立了一种新应用领域。[研究方法]基于合规管理标准体系,从企业合规管理竞争情报需求出发,参考开放组织体系结构框架中的业务能力模型构建竞争情报协同服务模式框架。[研究结论]在企业合规文化与竞争情报文化融合下,竞争情报通过角色协同、流程协同、数据协同、工具协同对企业合规管理进行赋能,在合规方针制定、合规风险识别、合规风险评估、合规风险应对、合规风险监控等关键合规管理环节提供竞争情报支持,协同完成相应的合规业务,助力企业合规管理体系有效实施。
[Research purpose]This study aims to establish a collaborative service model of competitive intelligence in compliance management,promoting the transition of corporate compliance management from a passive to a proactive and strategic approach.It provides a new research perspective for compliance management and establishes a new application domain for competitive intelligence.[Research method]Based on the standard system of compliance management,starting from the competitive intelligence needs of corporate compliance management,and referring to the business capability model in the open group architecture framework,a framework of the collaborative service model for competitive intelligence was constructed.[Research conclusion]In the integration of corporate compliance culture and competitive intelligence culture,competitive intelligence empowers corporate compliance management through role collaboration,process collaboration,data collaboration,and tool collaboration.It provides competitive intelligence support in key compliance management stages such as policy formulation,compliance risk identification,assessment,response,and monitoring.Together,these collaborative efforts accomplish various compliance tasks and contribute to the effective implementation of the corporate compliance management system.
