摘要
目前我国电子产品呈现百花齐放的现状,同时电子产品之间的竞争越来越激烈,电子产品的综合效能是性能、可靠性和价格的综合反映,其中电子产品的可靠性水平是产品综合效能的重要一环。本文从电子产品技术设计阶段出发,通过对电子产品的可靠性设计,暴露电子产品早期设计和工艺缺陷,结合可靠性试验技术,及早发现不良零部件和元器件,进一步提升电子产品可靠性水平。
At present,our electronic products present the situation of a hundred flowers bloom,at the same time,the competition between electronic products is becoming more and more intense,the comprehensive efficiency of electronic products is a comprehensive reflection of performance,reliability and price,among which the reliability level of electronic products is an important part of the comprehensive efficiency of products.This article starts from the technical design stage of electronic products,through the reliability design of electronic products,exposing the early design and technological defects of electronic products,combining with the reliability test technology,and finding bad parts and components as soon as possible,further improving the reliability level of electronic products,
