摘要
安全系统工程在矿山安全管理中的应用,让各级安全生产监督管理机构和人员在依法行使职能时,得到了强有力的技术支持。同时,通过对灾害事故的防控关键技术研究、重大灾害事故的调查分析与鉴定技术进行的基础研究,可以大大促进矿山安全发展,提高防灾抗灾能力,预防和减少重大的灾害。基于此,本文从矿山安全管理工作入手,结合安全系统工程的功能、应用策略、应用案例,展开深层次分析,明确安全系统工程的实际价值,从而促进矿山开采工作的安全、协调、可持续发展。
The application of safety system engineering in mine safety management provides strong technical support for safety production supervision and management institutions and personnel at all levels when exercising their functions in accordance with the law.At the same time,basic research on key technologies for disaster prevention and control,investigation,analysis,and identification of major disaster accidents can greatly promote the safe development of mines,improve disaster prevention and resistance capabilities,and prevent and reduce major disasters.Based on this,this article starts with mining safety management work,combines the functions,application strategies,and application cases of safety system engineering,conducts in-depth analysis,clarifies the actual value of safety system engineering,and promotes the safety,coordination,and sustainable development of mining work.
